Dary Herbert & Associates’ Loughton clinic is conveniently located on High Beech Road – a short walk from Loughton tube and with several nearby parking options.

The practice is six minutes’ walk from Loughton Underground Station on the Central Line, near a large Sainsburys and opposite to Marks & Spencer, making us easily accessible from Loughton town centre, or Buckhurst Hill, Chigwell, Epping, Ongar, Theydon Bois, and Woodford.

Daryl's treatment room is on the ground floor with full wheelchair access and door entry system – please press the buzzer for ROOM 2.

About the clinic

Daryl Herbert’s Loughton osteopathy clinic opened in 2010 at Station Road Dental Practice, and moved to High Beech Road in 2021.

High Beech House is a large building with a number of health care practitioners and other therapists working closely to provide private treatments and support for the local and surrounding community.

Daryl has over 36 years of clinical and practical experience, and adds his caring attitude and highly skilled osteopathic treatment to the team of therapists all working harmoniously together.

About Daryl Herbert

Dary Herbert & Associates was established in 1988 in Chingford, where his first clinic and Associate Osteopaths continue providing treatment to this day.

Daryl’s years of practical and teaching experience offer a very high standard of competency, ensuring that all patients are treated with gentleness, kindness, a strong ethical code, and with efficiency and effectiveness, using the most up to date and safest types of manipulation.

Registered with the General Osteopathic Council and the Institute of Osteopaths, Daryl practices general Osteopathy. Getting to us

By Underground

Via the Central Line to "Loughton", walk out of the station on the right hand side, passing the bus stops and continuing to the first corner. Cross over the first and second roads on the right (Alderton Hill & Station Road) continue along passing the fire station and finally reaching the restaurant on the right at the end. Turn a half right making for the traffic lights and cross over the high road turning right. At the end of this parade is the Palace Fish Bar turn a half left onto High Beech Road, passing Forest Hall and then High Beech Car Park on the left and High Beech House is the large Victorian building immediately following this.

By Car

Via M25, come off at junction 26, slip road to roundabout, take third exit go under the M25 and then take first available exit left to Loughton. Follow this road all the way to its end and the 'Miller & Carter Restaurant/City Limits' roundabout and then take the third exit to Loughton. This road will eventually go downhill to a double mini roundabout, go straight over both, continuing up a short hill (speed camera almost at top) and then follow the road down to the start of the main shopping area of Loughton High Street. After the 4th set of traffic lights (the 1st , 3rd & 4th sets of lights are pedestrian crossings) continue along to the third turning on the right which is High Beech Road (Marks & Spencer & The Ginger Pig are on the left opposite) turn right and High Beech House is just after the car park on the left. There is an additional car park on the right. You can also park in the local Sainsburys on Old Station Road, or in Marks & Spencer's car park and walk across.

Via North Circular, come to the Water Works Roundabout. From the West, at end of slip road take first exit to Woodford, and from the East, at end of slip road take first exit to Woodford. Continue along past the first set of traffic lights continue to roundabout, go straight crossing straight over next 3 sets of traffic lights. Continue further along Woodford High Road. At next set of lights go straight over, Bancroft's School on left, stay in right hand lane and filter right just past school. Follow this road to Loughton, crossing over two mini roundabouts and along road, eventually downhill into Loughton (speed camera on left just as coming to residential part). At the first mini roundabout go over, through the set of traffic lights and take the first left which is High Beech Road. High Beech House is just after the car park on the left. There is an additional car park on the right. You can also park in the local Sainsburys on Old Station Road or in Marks & Spencer's car park and walk across.

Parking options

There are two car parks directly outside the practice, one to the side of the practice building, the other just opposite across High Beech Road (pay by smart phone / app, or by calling the appropriate number on the sign) or it is still possible to use cash and card. The local Sainsburys is a two-minute walk and Marks & Spencer is just across the road opposite from our clinic.
