Osteopath appointments are available at our Chingford and Loughton clinics on Mondays to Fridays. Our opening times are included below.
Appointments can be booked in a variety of ways:
1. Call the clinic you wish to visit on the relevant telephone number and you will be offered the next appointment that is convenient to you; please provide your name and telephone number (which will be kept confidential in the osteopath's diary):

Osteopath appointments begin with a detailed osteopathic and medical history to help determine the course of examination and possible treatments. We recommend wearing loose clothing that you will be comfortable in.
If you have any concerns, you are also welcome to request a chat before attending your appointment.
