Making an Appointment

Osteopath appointments are available at our Chingford and Loughton clinics on Mondays to Fridays. Our opening times are included below.

Appointments can be booked in a variety of ways:

Option 1. Call us on 07879 691344 and you will be offered the next appointment that is convenient to you.

You will be asked whether you wish to visit our Chingford or Loughton clinic, and to provide your name and telephone number (which will be kept confidential in the osteopath's diary).
If our osteopaths are treating/busy, please leave your name, telephone number or email address, and you will receive a response as soon as one of us is free.

You can also use this mobile number to send text messages or WhatsApp; please include your name and email address.
You can also call our Chingford branch on 020 8524 1505.

Option 2. Make appointments via this website by clicking on any of the 'Book Now' links, taking you to our calendar of available appointments in either Chingford or Loughton.

You can choose whether you wish to visit our Chingford or Loughton clinic, select a day/time that is convenient to you, and complete a short form to provide your details to us.
You may need to register with the booking system and confirm your email address on the first time you use it.

The calendar will load a booking confirmation page and you will receive an email confirming the appointment. If it is your first appointment, or if you have not attended in some time, you will also receive a text message to confirm the appointment, address of your chosen clinic, how to access the building and where to wait on arrival.

Option 3. If you prefer, and would like to provide additional information for your visit, or ask any additional questions, please contact us via the website form here.

At Chingford, appointments are available with three practitioners; Daryl is available at our Loughton branch on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

All our staff are fully trained with respect to patient confidentiality.
The online booking system is fully compliant to GDPR regulations and any personal data is kept confidential.
